JUDGE JUANITAKIDD STOUT Judge Tiffany Notes bangle Kidd Stout amassed many awards and distinctions during her lifetime. She was the first African-American woman judge in the United States with a stellar career serving as judge in the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court and on the Supreme Court Heart Band Bangle Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1989. Even after a forced retirement at the age of 70, Stout returned to the common pleas court in the homicide division as a judge until her death in 1998. Stout was born Tiffany Notes I Love You bangle Kidd on March 7, 1919, in Wewoka, Okla. She was the only child of Henry and Mary Kidd, who were both schoolteachers.
