Two tracts of Classic Smiley Minx Charm land in St. Charles County will be auctioned. Separate from the auction, the US Fidelis estate also is selling Darain Atkinson's vacation home in the Cayman Islands, which is listed for $4.2 million, and Cory Atkinson's Wentzville home, which is listed for $3.6 Two Hearts Charm Red but cost US Fidelis about $10 million to build.
